The Use of New Knowledge about Generation Y for Their Inclusion into Business Practice

Dissertation deals with Generation Y and its position in the corporate environment and in the labor market. The selected issue is very topical because of increasing structural and cyclical unemployment among young people. In preparing the dissertation, we departed from theoretical findings acquired by studying Czech and foreign monographs, articles published in journals, other electronic resources and, most importantly, primary research conducted. The main objective of the dissertation to gain new knowledge about Generation Y, which would lead to a more effective inclusion of young people (especially graduates) into practice with the use of new management methods in the adaptation and stabilization of a young employee in the job, with focus on future employees with economic expertise. In order to achieve the main objective, 4 sub-objectives and 4 research questions with relevant hypotheses were set. Based on an analysis of the theoretical basis and secondary data, a schema of adaptation and stabilization of a young employee was created. The primary research conducted then combines quantitative and qualitative approaches for the analysis and description of each part. The research results are presented in the form of partial conclusions characterizing each area as well as in the form of a summarizing conclusion placed in a broader context in a comparison with the determined state of current scientific knowledge. The dissertation includes contributions to science and research, business practice and teaching as well as a proposal of continuation of research activities.
Creating Project of Talent Management in the Sports Equipment

Bachelor thesis is focused on a project desing for talent management in terms of sport club TJ Spartak Přerov. Methods used for the first draft of the project solution were open interview and analysis of documents. Based on the results of the SWOT and PEST analysis were revealed deficiencies. The results obtained were drafted, and recommendations for practical, personnel, marketing and financial solutions in the project documentation for the product management talent for the sports club in Přerov.

The thesis focuses on a knowledge management with the support of a talent management in an international bank and an insurance company. It analyses a talented person, their characteristics and the progress possibilities by a development program created according to an educational plan and a following evaluation. It looks for a connection between the talented person and the knowledge management, which supports their education by assigning the right meaning to the selected information in order to make it easier to share knowledge, create educational materials or offer internal courses with various trends.
Critical Factors of ERP System Implementation for Employees Training Management in HELLA AUTOTECHNIK NOVA, Ltd.

The aim of this thesis is to compile a manual guide for choosing an appropriate information system to support the company e-learning process. I solved this particular problem by conducting both the analysis of the company and of the current trends in e-learning applications. I also assessed the existing situation and determined system requirements of the company. By carrying out my own survey I found out that implementing the optimal software helps to educate employees more effectively and brings savings and potential profits for the whole firm. The outcome of the thesis is a set of recommendations for the right choice of e-learning software as well as critical factors for the e-learning implementation project.

This master´s thesis deals with the evaluation of employees and their personal development in the company STUDENT AGENCY, s.r.o. The current situation of this part of personnel management is evaluated on the basis of questionnaire survey among company employees. An integral part of this work are proposals and recommendations leading to increased efficiency of personnel work in the field of evaluation and employees development.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the use of the CliftonStrengths test as a tool to identify strengths in talent management. The literature search was devoted to de-fining the basic concepts associated with talent management and its entire process, and the CliftonStrengths test is described in more detail. The aim of this thesis is to suggest improvements to existing talent management processes so that positive practices are developed and bottlenecks are addressed. Recommendations were proposed based on the results of quantitative research using a questionnaire sur-vey. The use of the CliftonStrengths test as a tool to identify strengths has benefits not only for the company but also for the employees.

The thesis focuses on a specific area of management, namely talent management in regional education. The thesis asks questions such as who is a talented worker, is talent welcome in the school environment, what methods do school principals use in talent management, what problems do they face and how do they try to prevent them? The first half of the thesis is dedicated to the theoretical grounding of the concepts of giftedness and talent, including the differentiation of giftedness from talent through Gagne's 2020 model, then the concept of talent management is explained and the methods of talent management in identifying, developing and retaining talented workers in an organisation are described. The thesis is related to the field of human resource management in regional education, and therefore key documents related to the development of teachers are included. The aim of the thesis is to find out the methods used by school principals in managing talented emloyees. Talent management in secondary education in the Czech Republic

This thesis deals with the topic of talent management in relation to teaching staff in second- ary education in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to describe its current state and to find out how talented teachers are cared for in Czech secondary schools and how princi- pals perceive talented teachers and talent management. The thesis defines and puts into context the concepts of teaching staff, teacher stand- ard, talented teacher, talent and giftedness as well as talent management. A newly developed definition of a talented educator is also included. The specifics description of the Czech schools' environment for the talent management implementation in terms of individual pro- cesses is followed by a questionnaire survey. The research results are linked to the context of Czech education and compared with the results of previous investigations of talent man- agement in Czech organisations. The thesis deals with recruitment and development of students and graduates in relation to the talent management concept. It focuses on interpretation of talent concept, development of talent management, its current approach and the importance of talent management to the organization. Attention is paid to methods of recruitment and development of students and graduates, emphasizing the specifics of this group of employees. A qualitative survey is part of this thesis. Two methods of measurement were applied in this research - studying documents (career portals of employers) and conducting interviews with representatives of HR departments of large businesses operating in Prague, focusing on whether and how employers work with students and graduates within their talent management systems, how they understand the concept of talent and which methods of recruitment and development of students and graduates they apply most frequently.
